Terms of Service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Pranav Dhadwal, trading as Blogs for SEO ("we"). Questions: [email protected].

1. The service

Blogs for SEO is software that researches topics and generates draft blog articles for your website, and delivers approved articles to your site through an API. You decide what gets published.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity in your account and your team members' accounts.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the service, and adds any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout.

Article allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Published articles keep being served through the API for 30 days after that, then stop. You can export your articles at any time.

5. Ownership of content

Between you and us, you own the articles generated for your account and anything you upload. You give us permission to process that content only to run the service for you. We own the software, and the service's design and know-how.

6. AI-generated content and your review

Articles are generated by AI from public sources and may contain errors or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it, and for what you publish. Do not treat articles as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

7. No ranking guarantee

Search engines and AI assistants decide what they rank and cite. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, citation or revenue outcome.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as AI model, search-data, email, hosting and payment providers. Their availability can affect ours.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
