• Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed), team membership.
• Website details you provide: URL, brand profile, topics, articles and settings.
• Search Console data, only if you connect it.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser, error reports and logs.
• Billing: handled by Dodo Payments. We receive your plan and payment status, never your full card details.

To run the service (research, writing, delivery and reporting), to secure accounts and prevent abuse, to email you about your account, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your private content to train AI models.

• OpenAI: article research and generation.
• DataForSEO: keyword, search result and AI-answer data.
• Cloudflare: DNS, content delivery and file storage.
• Resend: transactional email.
• Sentry: error monitoring.
• Google: Search Console data, if you connect it.
• Dodo Payments: payments and tax.

We are based in India and our providers operate in several countries, including the United States. Your data may be processed outside your country, under those providers' safeguards.

We keep account data while your account is open. After you delete your account we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax, legal or security reasons.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
