Refund Policy

Every account gets free sample articles before any payment, so you can judge quality first.

If you are not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, provided no more than 3 articles were generated in that period.

Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Duplicate charges, or charges caused by an error on our side, are always refunded in full.

Email [email protected] from your account email. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
